It is served with calamansi, chopped onion and soup (that tastes like the juice in Balot). The onion and calamansi are mixed with soy sauce, then mix it with every bite of the pancit.
The pancit is made of miki noodles, cooked with vegetables, topped with sauteed ground carabao meat, and sunny side up egg.
It's crazy yummy, I tell you. But this bowl, which sells for Php 60 (1.50 USD) is more than enough for one person. Its so filling and the onion and calamansi are unlimited!
MUST TRY when you go to Tuguegarao.
I tried this at Triple J Lechon in Diversion Road, Tuguegarao, Cagayan.
