In all fairness to this very simple combination, the bangus (milkfish) is really tasty and the ensalada is good. Not bad for Php 170.00 (around 4 USD)

The original Penpen's was located at 105-C Scout Castor near corner Tomas Morato, Quezon City where I got to taste for the first time, the crispy liempo in the early 2000s.

Now it is currently located at 15-A Gen. Romulo Ave., Cubao Expo, Araneta Center, Quezon City
